Tleka Techkixtililia Topakilis is a short documentary film created in The Representation Project’s 2021 Youth Media Academy in partnership with Anahuacalmecac International Baccalaureate World School in Cuentepec, Mexico. In this short film, David shares his experience of growing up in his small town where he felt safe to be a kid and play games outdoors with his friends, but now he and other young people don’t feel safe in their community because of crime and police corruption.
