UPDATE: At least 140 advertisers have now dropped Rush.
Last week radio personality Rush Limbaugh (@rushlimbaugh) made some disparaging remarks about Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke, calling her a “slut” for speaking out in support of accesible birth control. The popular host has apologized, but we’re #notbuyingit. Limbaugh’s history of misogyny is finally leading to consequences – at least nine advertisers have already pulled their advertising from his show.
We have monitored the unfolding events and have determined that Mr. Limbaugh’s comments are not in line with our values.(2/3)

Below we’ve compiled a list of the remaining sponsors of his radio program. We’re using #notbuyingit on Twitter to ask these companies to make a statement in support of women everywhere and walk away from Limbaugh’s sexism today: Clear Channel – @clearchannel (The company that broadcasts the program to millions everyday, has not taken any action against Limbaugh thus far.) Lifelock – @lifelock Lear Capital – @goldcoinpro American Forces Network – @afneurope and @afnafghanistan on Twitter (Limbaugh’s program is broadcast on AFN to troops all over the world. Female veterans have already called for the program’s removal.) Click here for a full spreadsheet of companies that advertise on the program and their contact information. And here for radio stations still carrying his program. We also want to thank those companies which have moved on. Below we’ve posted a list of the companies and their Twitter handles. Let them know you appreciate their action!
