Let’s Hear It for the Dads Who Expand What It Means to ‘Be a Man’

This Father’s Day, we are celebrating the dads and father figures who model whole, healthy masculinity. These are the fathers who laugh when they’re happy, cry when they’re sad, and aren’t afraid to ask for help when they need it. They are the dads who love sports and theater, who wash the car and the dishes, and who bring home the bacon from the office and the grocery store. These are the fathers who defy a limited definition of masculinity and truly demonstrate what is it to #BeAModelMan. If this describes a father or role model in your life, join us with a donation in his honor.

More and more, evidence is showing the important role that fathers play in developing their children’s healthy self-esteem. And you can play a role too! In support of The Representation Project’s efforts to grow our masculinity work, The Miner Anderson Family Foundation is generously matching all donations up to $10,000 – essentially doubling your donation to help us do more of this work. Please donate today!

With your support, The Representation Project will expand the number of people, schools, and communities engaged in creating a world free of gender stereotypes and social injustice. Let’s make it easier to challenge and overcome limiting stereotypes so that all of our children can fulfill their human potential.

Onwards,
