The Development Director is responsible for creating and implementing the fundraising strategy for the organization, including ongoing donor cultivation and stewardship, grant proposals and administration, and executing strategic fundraising initiatives for all individual, foundation and corporate giving. The Director of Youth Programs advances the mission of the organization by training the next generation of filmmakers. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation, expansion and success of all youth programs including the Youth Media Lab, Youth Media Academy and Youth Film Festival.
